Scope and product status
These terms apply when you use Nintek websites, apps, private web services, and pre-release builds (together, the “Services”). A product page may describe a public website, a private workspace, a TestFlight build, or software still being prepared for release. The release status stated on the product and support pages controls; a portfolio page is not an offer to sell an unavailable app or a promise of future availability.
Product-specific privacy and support pages describe how each Service works. If these general terms conflict with a product-specific notice about data handling or availability, the more specific notice controls for that issue.
Accounts and access
Some Services have no Nintek account. Others use Apple or Microsoft to authenticate an app-specific account. You are responsible for the provider account and device you use, for keeping credentials and verification codes private, and for activity performed through your authorized session.
An Apple account, a Microsoft account, and a Nintek app account are different things. Deleting app data does not delete the underlying Apple or Microsoft account. Where Apple and Microsoft sign-in create separate app identities, deleting one does not delete the other.
Private Services are for people Nintek has authorized. Do not bypass an access restriction, share a private session, or treat a private demo as a public sign-up service.
Your content and your responsibility
You keep ownership of notes, records, photos, documents, inventory, project data, health records, and other content you provide. You give Nintek a limited permission to host, copy, transform, transmit, and process that content only as needed to operate, secure, back up, restore, and support the feature you chose.
You are responsible for having the right to upload or process your content, checking important outputs, keeping exports or backups appropriate to your needs, and avoiding content that violates another person’s rights or the law. Product support pages explain current export, backup, offline, and deletion limits.
Acceptable use
Do not use the Services to:
- break the law, infringe rights, harass people, or distribute harmful content;
- probe, disrupt, overload, or bypass security, authentication, quotas, or access controls;
- introduce malware, scrape private content, or attempt to access another person’s data;
- misrepresent an AI-generated or app-generated result as verified professional advice; or
- resell, sublicense, or make a private Service available to unauthorized users.
Nintek may restrict or end access when reasonably necessary to protect a Service, its users, or others, or to comply with law.
Third-party services
A Service may rely on Apple, Microsoft, cloud hosting, identity providers, model providers, source websites, or other processors named in its privacy page. Their services are governed by their own terms and privacy practices. Nintek does not control provider accounts, App Store or TestFlight availability, iCloud or Game Center records, Microsoft identity records, publisher websites, or a provider’s independent retention obligations.
Links and imported source material are provided for context. Nintek does not endorse every linked site and is not responsible for third-party content, availability, or changes.
AI output and professional-advice limits
AI and automated outputs can be incomplete, outdated, or wrong. Review them before relying on them, especially where health, safety, money, legal rights, certification, or a physical build is involved.
The Services do not provide medical, legal, financial, engineering, or other professional advice. Tare does not diagnose, treat, or choose medication or a dose. Study tools do not guarantee an exam result. Cut plans, measurements, extracted receipts, imported projects, summaries, and generated briefs must be checked against the original material and safe real-world practice.
Availability, changes, and pre-release software
Nintek may change, pause, retire, or limit a Service or feature. Private, beta, review-blocked, and pre-release builds may expire, contain defects, change without notice, or lose local data. Keep an export or independent backup when a product offers one and the information matters to you.
No product page promises an App Store approval, public release date, price, permanent free access, uninterrupted service, or compatibility beyond the current support page.
Warranties and liability
The Services are provided on an “as available” basis. To the extent the law permits, Nintek does not make implied promises of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, uninterrupted operation, or error-free output. Nothing here limits a right or remedy that cannot legally be limited.
To the extent the law permits, Nintek is not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages arising from use of a Service, loss of local or provider-held data, reliance on generated output, or a third-party service. This paragraph does not exclude liability that applicable law does not allow Nintek to exclude.
Changes, questions, and product documents
Nintek may update these terms as the Services change. The effective date at the top identifies the published version. Continued use after an update means the updated terms apply from that point, subject to rights that cannot be changed this way.
