Current availability
The private web workspace is the current Workshop service. The native build supports iPhone and iPad on iOS 17 or later. Build 2.2.1 (13) is VALID, attached, and assigned to internal TestFlight under the listing name Nintek Workshop, but current private access does not imply public TestFlight or App Store availability. Physical-device, accessibility, privacy, reviewer-account, and review-evidence gates remain.
Apple and Microsoft sign-in
Apple and Microsoft create separate Workshop accounts, even when both providers use the same email address. Workshop does not automatically link or merge those provider workspaces. If projects appear missing, sign out only after confirming the active provider, then return with the provider originally used for that workspace.
Support can help identify the account path but will not ask for a password, verification code, Apple authorization code, Microsoft token, or encrypted revocation credential.
Uploads, sync, and offline limits
Workshop is online-only for real account data on both web and native. Projects, edits, cut lists, materials, shopping, logs, uploads, analysis, cross-device changes, and account deletion require a working connection. The native app has no local database mirror or offline write queue.
Unit-conversion tables are pure client-side calculations and remain usable without the server. Native widgets can show a stale last-synced snapshot, but that snapshot is not an editable workspace or backup. Do not assume a project is safely on the server until its change or upload finishes without an error.
If a photo or file does not appear, remain signed in to the correct provider, reconnect, reopen the project, and retry the upload once. Keep the original file until the account-backed copy is visible.
Project URL analysis
URL analysis is optional and runs only after you submit a public project page. Workshop may reject a private, local, or unsafe network destination. A provider outage or missing configuration returns an error rather than a fabricated draft.
Review the imported parts, dimensions, materials, and instructions before saving or building. Workshop and its generated draft do not replace the source, safe tool practice, or qualified engineering advice.
Export and backup limits
The Settings JSON download is a project-list summary. It omits project detail tables, account and authentication state, and uploads, and it cannot be imported as a restore. Keep original photos, drawings, and any independent build records you need.
Workshop also maintains checksummed operator recovery bundles. Those backups are for service recovery, not a user-downloadable archive. Historical bundles can retain deleted data until scheduled expiry; if an older recovery point is restored, a human operator must reconcile later deletions before reopening the service. This step is required by the runbook and is not automated by the restore code.
Delete a Workshop account
In the private native build, open More → Account, review the scope, and confirm account deletion. Deletion applies only to the current Apple- or Microsoft-backed Workshop workspace. It does not link, merge, or delete a workspace created with the other provider.
Apple-backed deletion revokes stored Apple authorization before Workshop removes local account data. If provider revocation fails, Workshop leaves the account intact and reports a retryable failure. Microsoft-backed deletion removes Workshop data but does not delete or revoke unrelated Microsoft account access.
Build 13 contains the provider-scoped sign-in and deletion copy described here. Build 12 remains detached and must not be used as an App Review candidate.
Export the project summary first if it is useful, while remembering that it omits project details and uploads. For deletion help, emailprivacy@nintek.com.
Troubleshooting checklist
- Confirm whether the issue is in the web workspace or private native build.
- Confirm the active Apple or Microsoft provider before changing sessions.
- Reconnect and retry the failed save, upload, or analysis once.
- Keep the original file and avoid deleting the app during a data-recovery issue.
- Record the device or browser, Workshop version, project name, time, and visible recovery message.
Do not send credentials, private tokens, payment details, or a complete project archive unless support asks for a specific redacted sample.
