Current availability and access

PulseWire has no public account registration. Owner access is restricted to configured Microsoft Entra principals. The service landing page also offers a read-only demo session that expires after 24 hours and does not save personal changes.

The web app can be installed as a PWA in a supported browser. Installing it does not make the full workspace local-first and does not create a separate device account.

Microsoft sign-in and session controls

• If owner sign-in is rejected, confirm the intended Microsoft account and ask support to verify that its Entra principal is authorized.
• Settings can revoke the current session or useSign out all devices for owner sessions.
• Sign-out clears identity-scoped offline data before the server session is revoked. If that clear fails, PulseWire blocks sign-out and asks you to recover rather than silently leaving private data behind.
• Demo sessions cannot use the owner’s all-device revoke control and expire on their own.

Revoking PulseWire sessions does not sign out of, disable, or delete the underlying Microsoft account.

Offline Saved copies

Choose the offline action on a Saved story while connected. PulseWire downloads a sanitized text snapshot to IndexedDB in that browser profile; article images are not included. Offline access applies only to explicitly downloaded Saved items, not the whole edition, search, live sources, or AI.

The local copy is not end-to-end encrypted. Remove it before sharing a browser profile or device. If a download appears stale, reconnect, open the Saved item, remove the local copy, and download it again after the current server snapshot loads.

Source freshness and generated briefs

A feed or article can be late or unavailable because the publisher changed its feed, blocked a request, removed a page, or returned an error. Retry later and compare the story with its linked source. Opening a source leaves PulseWire and loads the publisher’s site under that publisher’s terms.

Briefs, embeddings, and grouping use configured Azure AI Foundry deployments. Generated text can be incomplete or wrong, and an AI feature can pause when provider or service controls are unavailable. Treat source evidence as authoritative and report a repeatable mismatch with the story title and time observed.

Export, account deletion, and retention

PulseWire does not currently provide a self-service account export or account-deletion control. A downloaded Saved snapshot is an offline reading copy, not a full workspace export. Emailprivacy@nintek.com to start a manual access or deletion review.

Deleting or revoking PulseWire data does not delete the Microsoft account, Microsoft sign-in records, publisher records, or provider-held operational data. The PulseWire Privacy Policy lists the current article-retention tiers and Saved-snapshot exceptions.

Troubleshooting checklist

1. Reconnect and reload the current page once.
2. Confirm the correct owner or demo session is active.
3. For owner access, check whether another device can open the workspace.
4. For an offline issue, remain online until the Saved snapshot finishes downloading, then test that specific item offline.
5. If the problem repeats, record the browser, operating system, time, affected story or feature, and the visible recovery message.

Do not send Microsoft passwords, verification codes, cookies, access tokens, private source credentials, or a complete private workspace export.
