Get direct help

Email hello@nintek.com with the iPhone model, iOS version, Sortie version or build number, affected level, and the steps that led to the problem. Include a screenshot only if you are comfortable sharing what it contains.

Do not send your Apple Account password, verification codes, payment information, or other credentials.

If Sortie will not launch

  1. Confirm the device is an iPhone running iOS 14 or later.
  2. Install the newest authorized pre-release build available to you.
  3. Hold the iPhone in portrait orientation and reopen Sortie.
  4. Restart the iPhone and confirm it has available storage.

Avoid deleting Sortie as an early troubleshooting step if the iPhone may contain the only local copy of campaign progress you want to keep.

Local campaign progress

Sortie stores completed campaign progress, level records, wins, best times, and settings in a local JSON save inside the app's container. It has no Nintek account, cloud-save service, or gameplay backend.Nintek cannot retrieve or rebuild that local save from a server.

If progress or a record looks wrong, do not delete or reinstall the app. Note the last completed level you remember, whether the problem followed an update, and what changed, then include those details when contacting support.

Optional Game Center achievements

The full 1,500-level campaign works without Game Center. To report achievements, confirm Game Center is enabled and signed in under Apple Settings, connect the iPhone to the internet, and reopen Sortie. The current integration reports achievements only; it does not use leaderboards.

Apple controls Game Center authentication, player profiles, and achievement records. Nintek cannot reset a Game Center profile, change an Apple Account, or delete Apple-held records.

Deleting or reinstalling Sortie

Deleting Sortie removes its local save from that iPhone. The data cannot be recovered from a Nintek server. Apple-managed device backups may behave according to your Apple backup settings, while Game Center achievements remain associated with Apple's service.

Privacy

Read the Sortie Privacy Policy for details about local storage, Apple-managed backups, optional Game Center, tracking, retention, and deletion. Use of Sortie is subject to theNintek Terms of Use.
